    The 3 Phase Method

    PHASE 1: We'll spend 4-6 weeks at maintenance to prime your body and mindset for a successful fat loss phase.

    PHASE 2: Time to diet. We'll spend 10-16 weeks in a structured fat loss phase, steadily working towards your weight loss goal.

    PHASE 3: After achieving your goal, we'll transition into a reverse phase to rebuild calories, maintain results, and set you up for what's next.
