    The 3 Phase Method

    PHASE 1: We’ll spend 4–6 weeks at maintenance to prime your body and mindset, setting the foundations for a structured phase focused on your goal.

    PHASE 2: Over the next 10–16 weeks, we’ll enter a structured phase focused on either fat loss or muscle gain, dialling in the key habits, nutrition, and training needed to move the needle.

    PHASE 3: After the structured phase, we’ll move into a consolidation phase to maintain your results, optimise calories, and set the foundation for your next goal.
