You’ll focus on:

- Learning how to manage increased appetite, cravings, and energy levels to avoid falling off track
- Learning how to make adjustments if you plateau or if your goals shift
At this stage, you’ll start feeling more in tune with your body and the way it responds to your training and nutrition.

You’ve nailed your approach to training and nutrition. Now, it’s about maintaining what you’ve built while scaling up your results. You’ll solidify your understanding and build habits that last a life time.
You’ll focus on:
- Transitioning to a maintenance phase (or prepping for your next goal)
- Navigating life’s challenges (social events, travel, busy weeks) without derailing progress
- Understanding how to sustain progress long-term without overthinking or obsessing
By the end of Week 8, you’ll have a sustainable nutrition and training plan in place that will allow you to keep progressing and adapting.
